On September 11, 2017, Zhongrui International Asset Appraisal (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Zhongrui International Appraisal) was selected as the winning bidder of the Railway EMU Wi-Fi Project Asset Appraisal, commissioned by China Railway Network Co., Ltd. to evaluate the commercial value of the railway EMU Wi-Fi business.

In response to winning the bid, He Yuanquan, General Manager of Zhongrui International Appraisal, attached great importance to the project, and together with senior partner Zhang Yandong and department manager Liang Honglei, attended the kick-off meeting of the Railway EMU Wi-Fi Project Asset Appraisal held on September 20.
